How to transfer ownership of the LK Arc Room Temperature Control system

As the installer, you are responsible for properly handing over the underfloor heating system to the property owner. Here’s how to complete the handover using the MyLK app:.

Step 1: Start the handover in the MyLK App

Go to Settings (the gear icon)

Tap "Your property"

Select "Access to the property"

Tap "Hand over property"

Step 2: Share the handover code

Write down the handover code and give it to the new system owner; either in person, by email, or by using the hanger tag included in the ArcHub package.

The handover is complete!

The recipient completes the process by entering the handover code in the app.

Troubleshooting common handover issues

  1. Property not properly transferred

Installers must use the “Hand over property” function in the app to ensure ownership is properly handed over. This also removes the installer from the property automatically.

  1. Transfer was made – but not accepted

If the installer uses “Leave property,” they are removed from the property, but the installation remains in the background, waiting for a new owner to accept and confirm the transfer in the app.

If issues arise after installation, do not delete anything from the app or reset the devices before contacting LK Support.
