Introducing LK COOLFLEX – flexible pre-insulated PE pipe for district cooling, potable water and wastewater

Our extensive PE pipe range is expanding further. The insulated COOLFLEX PE range is now available in coils up to 140 × 12.7 mm.

LK COOLFLEX flexible pre-insulated PE pipe for district cooling

It is an ideal solution, particularly for larger cooling installations. Like the other COOLFLEX pipes, it is also suitable for cold-water installations and pressurised wastewater systems.

COOLFLEX is a flexible pipe system specifically designed for district cooling, free cooling and local networks.

Construction

The COOLFLEX district cooling pipe features a service pipe made of high-density polyethylene, PE100, in accordance with SS-EN 12201. Polyethylene pipes are standard solutions for potable water, wastewater and gas applications. The insulation consists of flexible, CFC-free polyurethane foam with excellent thermal insulation properties.
