Optimised insulation for tap water and heating risers. By positioning the manifold separately from the riser pipework, LK Riser Manifold IsoMax enables uninterrupted insulation along the entire riser.

LK Riser Manifold IsoMax

LK Riser Manifold IsoMax is a prefabricated solution designed to support efficient construction and installation. Its unique configuration positions the risers outside the manifold area, enabling maximum insulation around the riser pipework. The insulation remains continuous along the entire length of the shaft. For tap water installations, this helps prevent unintended warming of the cold-water riser. It also minimises heat loss and supports greater energy efficiency.

LK IsoMax is supplied with pre-assembled manifolds and is prepared for metering. The high level of prefabrication minimises the number of installation operations required on site.

Fittings and manifolds remain easily accessible through LK’s extensive range of service hatches.

All manufacturing takes place in a controlled factory environment, ensuring consistent quality at every stage.
