Description

LK Manifold Cabinet UNI 350, UNI 450, UNI 550 and UNI 700
The cabinets are manufactured from powder coat painted sheet steel, colour white RAL 9016. All cabinets are NT VVS 129 approved.
LK Manifold cabinet UNI can be recessed into a wall; use LK Frame/hatch UNI INB. LK Manifold cabinet UNI can also be mounted onto wall; use LK Frame/hatch UNI UTV and with LK Base UNI. When LK Manifold Cabinet UNI is installed in a ceiling, use LK Frame/hatch UNI TAK. NOTE! frame/hatch and base are separate items and must be ordered individually.
The cabinet is intended for 2 pcs LK Manifolds with max number of outlets as shown in table. The brackets for the manifolds is included. The brackets are easily repositioned to connect pipes from below or above. A complete LK Drainage bend V2 is supplied for leakage indication from the cabinet. A protective bag for covering the cabinet during construction is included.
NOTE! In cases were a feed pipe is drawn inside the cabinet, the maximum number of outlets may be reduced.
To maximize the number of outlets in the manifold cabinet the cold tap water pipe should be on the left side and serve the lower manifold. The hot tapwater pipe should be on the right side and serve the upper manifold.
Correspondingly for heating water the supply line should be placed on the left side and serve the lower manifold. The return line pipe should be placed on the right side and serve the upper manifold.
Pipes with a maximum conduit pipe dimension of 34 mm may be passed through from below, from either side or from above. If pipe with conduit 44 mm is used LK Pipe inlet 44 conduit must be used.
The cabinet will require additional sealing grommets depending on how many pipes are connected. Note! Separate articles:
• For 25 mm conduit use, the LK Pipe Inlet Conduit 25 (sealing grommet), Art. no. 187 44 83.
• For conduit/pipe sizes 12-34 mm, the LK Pipe Inlet UNI (sealing grommet), Art. no. 187 44 84 (cropped to correct diam).
