The LK IoT Portal is a web service that makes it possible to monitor and manage connected LK products remotely. The service is intended for property owners and property managers, corporate customers with multiple facilities such as hotels and holiday villages, housing cooperatives (BRFs), joint property management associations, and insurance companies that wish to verify operation.

In the portal, all connected devices are gathered in a shared interface where status and overview are clearly displayed. Examples of products connected to the LK IoT Portal include water leak detectors with automatic shut-off, water alarms, and room control systems. This gives you the opportunity to prevent problems, optimise operatio,n and gain full control of your properties.

Full control of water and leaks

With the LK CubicSecure water leak detector with automatic shut-off, water consumption can be monitored, and alarms in the event of water leakage can be directed to selected individuals or on-call lists. Authorisations can be managed centrally, and changes of apartment ownership are easily administered in the system.

Smart heating control with LK Arc

For heating control, LK Arc offers an optimised room control system with full control over comfort and functionality. Via the LK IoT Portal, temperatures can be monitored, schedules set, and energy use adapted to demand. In a holiday village, for example, heating can be activated automatically prior to occupancy.

Integration and data control

The LK IoT Portal also offers the possibility of integration via API and can be adapted to existing property management systems. The customer owns their data, and it is processed solely for the purpose of providing the service.
