Up to 25% lower impact sound levels with LK Foil Board 30 Silent

LK supplies underfloor heating, prefabricated solutions and foil board to the new Tampen residential development

The new Tampen residential development is being built in a prime seafront location on Varvsholmen in Kalmar. Despite its name, Varvsholmen is an island surrounded by the Kalmar Strait, with impressive views of the Öland Bridge. The development will comprise three high-rise residential buildings.

We chose underfloor heating because a low-temperature heating system throughout the building is more energy-efficient. I also find that underfloor heating provides greater comfort despite using less energy.
