Swedish pipe manufacturing

Advanced production from raw material to pipe

In Ulricehamn, we manufacture more than 70 million metres of pipe every year for heating, water and HVAC installations worldwide. With 13 production lines, advanced IR technology and our own test laboratory, we combine technical expertise with reliable Swedish quality.

Swedish-made pipes. For the whole world.

Our production facility in Ulricehamn is the heart of our pipe manufacturing. Here, we have brought together expertise, technology and capacity to deliver high-quality pipes with short lead times and full control over the entire process.

With 13 automated production lines, we manufacture more than 70 million metres of pipe per year, in dimensions from 8 mm to 110 mm.

PEX-pipes

High technology for sustainable production.

We use the latest technology to ensure both quality and efficiency in our manufacturing. In PE-Xa production, we use IR technology – an energy-efficient method that provides very uniform crosslinking and high production precision.

Through smart process control and continuous monitoring, we produce pipes with minimal waste and maximum performance.

Three pipe types for heating and water applications:

  • PE-Xa pipes
Durable pipes with excellent properties for heating and tap water systems. Manufactured using efficient IR technology for a consistent and stable product.

  • PE-RT pipes
Flexible, easy-to-install pipes, ideal for underfloor heating and other low-temperature systems. Easy to handle without compromising on quality.

  • Pipe-in-pipe systems
For extra safety in tap water installations. Our pipe-in-pipe solutions combine functionality, reliability and easy installation.
Pipe testing in laboratory for quality control and traceability

Quality tested every day.

Quality is not something we take for granted – it is ensured through continuous control. In the laboratory, daily pipe tests are carried out, from dimensional accuracy to material properties and pressure resistance.

Manufacturing takes place using a high-tech process that provides a combination of flexibility and pressure resistance, designed for long-term performance in heating and tap water systems.

Production is certified, traceable and documented at every stage.
This gives control throughout the manufacturing chain and ensures that the pipes meet both internal requirements and the industry’s high standards.
