Deliveries/Returns

Returned goods will be accepted only by agreement with LK staff. Unnotified returns will be returned to sender under delivery terms free domicile from LK’s warehouse in Ulricehamn.

Returns accompanied by a completed returns notification form referencing LK’s order no./invoice no. and where the goods are in original condition/packaging will be credited -35% of the price invoiced by LK at the time of sale.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging
• Packaging must be complete, undamaged and clean
• The product must be complete and on visual inspection unused
• It must be produced in the same generation as currently sold goods
  
  

The name of the LK representative who approved the return must be included as a reference on the returns notification.

Returns of specially ordered goods, or goods not carried in LK’s standard range, can not be approved. Returns of goods with a total net value of less than SEK 500 excl. VAT will not be credited.

Delivery terms and conditions for returns is always free domicile to LK’s Ulricehamn warehouse. Returns caused by LK shall be returned by agreement to LK’s Ulricehamn warehouse by collect shipment. Return notification forms can be obtained from LK.
