________________________________________________________________

This package contains firmware files for ArcHub, ArcTune, and ArcSense.

The files are transferred using a USB stick. A USB stick formatted in exFAT, version 2.0 or 3.0, should work.

Updating ArcHub Firmware via USB

Follow the steps below to update ArcHub firmware using a USB stick:

1. Format the USB stick in exFAT.
2. Unpack the firmware files and copy them to the root folder of the USB stick.
3. Insert the USB stick into the USB port on the ArcHub.
4. Wait for the ArcHub to finish:
	- When the ArcHub stops blinking and the power LED is solid green, the firmware update is complete.
5. Remove the USB stick.

Note: The ArcHub may reboot several times during the update process. The duration of the process may vary depending on the number of thermostats connected and whether they are connected via wired or wireless connections. After the update, it may take up to 10 minutes for all thermostats to reconnect.

Troubleshooting

If any issues occur, try the following:

1. Restart the ArcHub by unplugging the power adapter for 10 seconds.
2. If an individual thermostat does not reconnect, restart it by removing it from the wall mount. For a wireless thermostat, press the small button on the back for 3–5 seconds.
3. If the issue persists, try repeating the update process.
